Profile

Stephen Rathke draws on the extensive trial experience he gained as Crow Wing County Attorney in his present civil litigation practice. He is certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a civil trial specialist. A substantial part of his practice consists of the defense of lawyers accused of professional negligence and misconduct, and he engages in general trial practice with an emphasis on commercial and employment disputes. In addition, he represents plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death litigation. He also defends those charged with complex criminal offenses.
