Commonbond Communities, Inc., 2008 WL 434616 (Minn. Ct. App. Feb. 19, 2008), affirmed trial court's dismissal under medical malpractice statute. Otto v. Christianson, 2007 WL 2703143 (Minn. Ct. App. Sep. 18, 2007), affirmed trial court's summary judgment regarding co-employee exception to workers' compensation exclusivity rule. Smith v. American Investors Network, 2006 WL 3490964, (D. Minn.
