Steve chairs Fredrikson & Byron's Advertising, Marketing, and Trademark Law Group, is the filing correspondent on over 3,000 trademarks in 80 countries, and has written dozens of articles and spoken to hundreds of ad industry groups. He serves on the National Advisory Board of the U of M's School of Journalism & Mass Communications and is a Trustee of William Mitchell College of Law, a Director of the BBB of Minnesota and Children's Cancer Research Fund, a former member of the National Advertising Review Board, and a past President of the Minnesota Advertising Federation.
