Stephen is a partner with Pemberton, Sorlie, Rufer & Kershner in Fergus Falls. He joined the law firm in 1974. He is past chair of the Civil Litigation Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association and has served on the Board of Governors of the Minnesota Association for Justice.
