Stuart L. Goldenberg is a partner in and president of GoldenbergLaw, PLLC.
An attorney for more than 25 years, he has practiced in state and federal courts throughout the country exclusively in the areas of personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice and insurance. He is board certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association and the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a state and national Civil Trial Specialist. Stuart has litigated mass tort claims nationwide and is a passionate advocate for his clients.
A graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, Stuart founded his law firm in 1986 with the belief that injury law should be practiced with client service and dignity. Since then he has handled some of the largest personal injury, medical malpractice and product liability cases in the state, including death, brain injury and paralysis claims. For his success in winning million- and multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients, Stuart has been elected to the Million-Dollar Advocates Forum.
Among his pro bono work, Stuart served as a volunteer attorney for victims of the I-35W bridge collapse and victims of the Sept. 11, 2011, terrorist attacks.
