Suzanne M. Remington is owner of the Twin Cities firm of Suzanne M. Remington Law Office, Ltd. Ms. Remington practices exclusively in the area of family law, including complex business valuation, property division, and cash flow analysis relating to spousal maintenance and child support, along with contested custody matters. Ms. Remington is currently the Chair of the Hennepin County Financial Early Neutral Evaluation Pilot Project. Ms. Remington sat as a Child Support Magistrate in Hennepin County and as an Administrative Law Judge in Southeastern Minnesota. She also has frequently appeared before the Minnesota Court of Appeals and has appeared before the Minnesota Supreme Court. Since 2001, she has been named to Super Lawyers and is in the top 5 percent of family law attorneys in Minnesota. In 2005, Ms. Remington was recognized as one of Minnesota's Top 100 Women Attorneys, and, in 2006 and 2007, she was named to Super Lawyers Minnesota's Top 40 Family Law list.
