T. Joseph Crumley is a partner and personal injury lawyer at Bradshaw & Bryant, PLLC in Waite Park, Minnesota. Attorney Crumley has a practice focus on litigating serious personal injury and wrongful death cases involving such causes as car and truck accidents, premises liability, construction accidents, slip-and-falls, and spinal cord injuries.

At his first trial, a Hennepin County jury awarded six times what the insurance company had offered. Attorney Crumley has won the largest verdict in Minnesota for a shoulder injury ($325,000), and, with Jim Schwebel, the largest award in Minnesota for an ankle injury ($461,000). Mr. Crumley recently won the largest motorcycle injury settlement in the state of Minnesota for $1.5 million. His goal in each case is to obtain just and fair compensation for his clients.

T. Joseph Crumley received the "Excellence" Award from the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association in 1998, was named Trial Lawyer of the Year from the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association in 1999, and was selected for inclusion in Minnesota Super Lawyers in 1999 - 2005, 2007, 2008, 2011.

T. Joseph Crumley has served as the president of the Minnesota Consumer Alliance. He is a member of the Minnesota Association for Justice, serving in 2007 – 2008, as President, and the Warren E. Burger Inn of Court, 2006-2007 as President. Mr. Crumley is also a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Wisconsin State Bar Association. Mr. Crumley writes the "Practice Pointers" column for the Minnesota Trial Lawyer Magazine.

Mr. Crumley has written many articles on no-fault insurance and personal injury. He has organized and taught a number of programs on auto accident law and trial strategy for the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association and the Minnesota Institute of Legal Education. Joseph Crumley teaches lawyers, doctors and lay people. He has taught classes in no-fault auto insurance law at William Mitchell College of Law.

Mr. Crumley was admitted to the bar in Minnesota in 1987 and the U.S. Federal Court in 1988. He attended William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, earning his J.D. in 1987. He completed his undergraduate studies and earned his B.A at the University of Minnesota in 1984.
