Profile

Tom Olson has practiced for over 25 years focusing on litigation of real estate, construction, and business disputes. He is certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a Civil Trial Specialist and has successfully argued appeals in both the Minnesota Court of Appeals and the Eighth Circuit. He also regularly serves as a mediator and arbitrator of various lawsuits chosen by the parties and their lawyers, and brings those skills to bear in his litigation practice as well. Tom has been published and has lectured on various real estate topics. The firm focuses on representation of mortgage lenders, builders, developers, real estate investors and brokers, title insurers, buyers and sellers of real estate, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in the construction trades.
