David Shelton handles complex litigation in state and federal courts across the United States from his Oxford, Mississippi office. David has served as trial counsel in several cases that have gone to verdict, including three recent verdicts for plaintiffs in cases involving products liability and wrongful death claims. One such verdict in a products liability case, Tamraz v. Lincoln Electric, et al., was recognized as one of the top 100 verdicts in the country in 2007. A graduate of Millsaps College and the University of Mississippi School of Law, David is admitted to practice in numerous federal courts, the State of Mississippi, and the United States Virgin Islands.
