Kubin serves on the Kansas Bar Association’s Board of Governors and is a past president of the Johnson County Bar Association. Morefield serves on the Council for the ABA’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section, is editor in chief of its quarterly magazine and is a past president of the Lawyers Association of Kansas City. Bottaro is a past president of the LAKC-YLS and a past president of the Kansas City Creighton University Alumni Association.
