Alan Gallas, a partner in the law firm of Gallas & Schultz, has been enforcing creditors' remedies in the Kansas City Metropolitan area for nearly 28 years. His practice includes the representation of creditors in state, federal and bankruptcy court. Alan also represents businesses generally, including cases involving commercial litigation, real estate, contract, employment litigation and business torts. The categories of cases handled by Alan are enforcement of contracts, debt instruments, recovery of possession of collateral, mechanic's liens, non-judicial and judicial foreclosures and protection of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. Alan is an alumnus of UMKC, a director of the Jackson County Industrial Development Authority and a member of the Board of Governors of the Missouri Bar Association.
