Profile
Tony’s practice focuses on intellectual property and other complex commercial litigation using alternative fee arrangements. Representing plaintiffs and defendants, Tony has tried cases to verdict in state and federal courts. In his 21 year career, he has served as lead trial counsel in hundreds of patent, copyright, trademark, antitrust, and other intellectual property cases across the United States. Using a result oriented approach, where clients pay for excellent results instead of billable hours, Tony provides clients with the flexibility to fight when it makes sense rather than be forced by budget constraints to settle on unfavorable terms. Because Tony is an experienced trial attorney, rather than simply a litigator, he is able to maximize recovery when he represents plaintiffs and minimize exposure when he represents defendants.
