Brenda Hamilton handles many types of commercial litigation in courts nationwide. She is a court-approved mediator/neutral. She has been a member of the Missouri Supreme Court's Fourth Regional Disciplinary Committee, a reviewer of the Missouri Tort Law Deskbook, and a frequent CLE speaker. She was a federal judicial clerk for the Honorable D. Brook Bartlett (United States District Court, Western District Missouri, 1990-1992), graduated from the University of Missouri -- Columbia Law School (summa cum laude, Order of the Coif), and was a Missouri Law Review Associate Managing Editor. Her memberships include the Missouri and Iowa Bar Associations.
