Bruce Friedman practices exclusively in the area of family law, with emphasis in high net worth cases, spousal support issues, cases involving business valuations, and the drafting and litigation of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.  Bruce also prepares agreements relating to cohabitation, domestic partnerships and surrogacy.  Bruce has lectured frequently on family law topics, including divorce taxation, prenuptial agreements, trial practice, the financial aspects of divorce, child custody and support, and business valuation issues.  Bruce has served as an expert witness in legal malpractice cases relating to family law issues, including prenuptial agreements.
