Bruce Feldacker served as President of the Association of Missouri Mediators and Co-chair of the ABA Committee on ADR in Labor and Employment Law. He is a member of the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers and is an ACR designated  advanced practitioner in Workplace Mediation. He serves as a mediator of employment law and general civil disputes in federal and state court and in confidential prelitigation matters in the private and public sectors, as an employment law arbitrator, and as a contract mediator for the EEOC, the United States Postal Service, FINRA, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and other Federal Agencies. Bruce is an Adjunct Professor at St. Louis University Law School teaching a course in employment law, including the ADR process. He is a frequent speaker on ADR and employment law issues at conferences for attorneys, H.R. personnel and other practitioners in the ADR field.
