Celynda L. Brasher, a founding shareholder, practices education, litigation, and employment law and is admitted to the bar in Missouri and Illinois. She provides counsel regarding employee hiring, evaluation, remediation, and termination; student rights and discipline; special education; Section 504; school finance; civil rights; contracts; the Open Meetings Act; and church/state and other constitutional issues. She also represents public, private, and non-profit employers in discrimination defense, collective bargaining, union organization, unemployment compensation, wage/hour compliance, terminations, and other employment matters. Celynda litigates in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. She is a co-author of the Missouri Bar School Law CLE Deskbook and serves on the Board of the Missouri Council of School Attorneys.
