Chad C. Lucas represents plaintiffs in all types of personal injury and wrongful death litigation, including product liability and medical negligence. He has special expertise in the area of automotive product liability and crashworthiness, having written articles and lectured on the topic. Chad has successfully represented plaintiffs in auto defect cases locally and across the country, including recent cases in New York, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Texas. He is licensed in both Missouri and Kansas and is an active member of the Missouri Association of Trial Lawyers, Kansas Association for Justice, American Association for Justice, and the Attorneys Information Exchange Group (AIEG). Chad is one of only two Missouri attorneys on the Board of Governors for the New Lawyers Division of the American Association of Justice.  Chad received both his undergraduate degree in finance and his law degree from Mizzou.
