David (Dave) C. DeGreeff is an associate trial lawyer at Shamberg, Johnson & Bergman, a Kansas City-based law firm handling personal injury and wrongful death cases throughout the states of Missouri and Kansas. Dave's practice at the firm focuses on cases involving medical negligence, car and trucking accidents, and product liability litigation. In the first six years of his career, Dave gained a tremendous amount of litigation experience working as a trial lawyer for defense firms ranging in size from six attorneys to more than 300. During that time, however, Dave developed a strong desire to help individuals and families in their time of greatest need, which ultimately led him to join Shamberg, Johnson & Bergman in 2010.
Born in Houston, Texas, Dave has called Missouri his home for as long as he can remember. He graduated with honors from the University of Missouri's Columbia School of Law in 2003, where he was also a member of the school's law review. He is licensed to practice in both Missouri and Kansas and is a member of several professional organizations, including the Missouri Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys.
