David Lee Wells appears regularly in Courts including, Clay, Platte, Jackson and Clinton counties. Wells focuses on family and family problems in Divorce, Custody, Bodily Injury, Traffic, DWI and Criminal cases. He also handles cases involving Commercial Real Estate, Condemnation, Business and Estate Planning.
Wells brings to each case the commitment and knowledge that has lead to his former service as the Clay County Bar President. He has taught Missouri lawyers, Judges and Prosecuting Attorneys.
