Dennis E. Egan is a director with the Popham Law Firm, PC, specializing in trial work with emphasis in employment law since 1976. He received his Journalism (B.J.) degree in 1973, and his J.D., in 1976, from the University of Missouri -- Columbia. He served for one year as law clerk to Judge Fred L. Henley, Supreme Court of Missouri, May 1976-May 1977. Mr. Egan has been lead trial counsel in approximately 130 cases, including 91 jury trials. He is a frequent presenter/lecturer on topics relating to litigation practice, particularly preparation and trial of employment discrimination cases. Mr. Egan is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) and is in his second term on that national board. Mr. Egan founded and is Chairman of the Kansas City NELA Chapter. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America every year since 1993.
