Dennis E. Egan is a director with the Popham Law Firm, PC, specializing in trial work with emphasis on employment law since 1976. He received his Journalism (B.J.) degree in 1973 and his J.D., in 1976, from the University of Missouri -- Columbia. He served for one year as law clerk to Judge Fred L. Henley, Supreme Court of Missouri, May 1976-May 1977. He has been lead trial counsel in approximately 130 cases, including 93 jury trials. He is a frequent presenter/lecturer on topics relating to preparation and trial of employment discrimination cases. Mr. Egan is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) and is in his third term on that national board. Mr. Egan is founder and was 14-year President of the Kansas City NELA Chapter. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America every year since 1993.
