Diane Breneman has a national practice, handling a wide variety of catastrophic personal injury lawsuits and complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts across the United States. Her practice ranges from product liability lawsuits to contract matters and class action work. She has handled numerous cases across the country on behalf of catastrophically injured children and adults and has spent a significant amount of her career representing those who suffer from the most severe burn injuries. She frequetly represents physician practices and patients against health care insurers. Ms. Breneman holds a degree in business and accounting and served as trial counsel for several large corporations before emphasizing on plaintiffs' trial work. She was offered membership in and was inducted into the Belli Group in 2006. Ms. Breneman has been honored by the Kansas City Central Exchange for her work in the community with burn victims. She also chairs a national product liability section for the American Association for Justice and has held a number of civic and community positions in Kansas City.
