Mr. Bertram represents plaintiffs in catastrophic injury and death cases involving pharmaceutical products liability, medical negligence, nursing home negligence, and other personal injuries. Since 1997, he has been involved in drug product liability mass torts litigation, including Fen-Phen, Rezulin, Propulsid, Baycol, and Vioxx.

Mr. Bertram is currently representing over 120 Plaintiffs who claim they have developed the movement disorder tardive dyskinesia as a result of taking the heartburn drug Reglan. Those cases are now pending in consolidated state court actions in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, California and Missouri.
