John K. Pruellage concentrates his practice on the area of financial institutions, including banks, thrifts, and holding companies in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, New York, and Oklahoma. During his career, he has formed in excess of 200 holding companies and represented more than 100 financial institutions in mergers and acquisitions, of which the aggregate deal value exceeds $1 billion. In addition, he has represented numerous clients with respect to regulatory matters at both the federal and state level. Mr. Pruellage has also been active in securities offerings, both public and private, for numerous financial institutions. He earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri -- Columbia and a Master of Law degree in Taxation from George Washington University.
