Jose M. Bautista is a partner and shareholder with Sullivan, Bautista, Morgan, Allen & Chronic LLC in Kansas City.  His practice consists of civil litigation with an emphasis on railroad and transportation-related matters.  Mr. Bautista is licensed to practice in Missouri, Illinois, Arkansas, the U.S. District Court, Western District of Missouri, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit.  He is a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and was recently elected as the Chair of the American Association of Justice, Railroad Law Section.  He received his law degree from St. Louis University and is married to fellow attorney, Julie F.
