Kevin Case is the founder of Case & Roberts P.C., with offices in Kansas City and St. Louis. Case & Roberts maintains an active trial practice in courts throughout Kansas and Missouri. Mr. Case has been lead counsel in more than 300 employment cases and more than 50 class action cases and has tried multimillion-dollar cases to verdict. For the last several years, Mr. Case has taken a leading role in defending the retail business community in lawsuits and administrative actions commenced by local, state, and federal agencies. Mr. Case was appointed Assistant Attorney General by two Attorneys General of Kansas. In this role he served as the primary litigation counsel for the judges and justices of the Kansas state courts. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and the National Association of Dealer Counsel (NADC).
