Ms. Pake has over two decades of experience litigating business, professional liability, and insurance coverage disputes. Her insurance coverage practice has encompassed third party and first party coverage issues arising under environmental, construction, general liability, and professional liability policies. She has also lectured and authored materials in the insurance coverage field. Ms. Pake has tried jury and non-jury cases and has briefed and argued cases on appeal involving such areas of dispute as insurance coverage, breach of contract, and professional liability. She received her undergraduate degree from Wellesley College and graduated magna cum laude from Boston College Law School.
