Louis J. Wade concentrates his practice in Bankruptcy and Creditor Rights. He earned his B.A. at the University of Iowa, and his J.D. from the University of Missouri -- Kansas City. He is a member of the Metropolitan Kansas City and Kansas Bar Associations, The Missouri Bar, and Commercial Law League of America, and is a graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. He is admitted before the U.S. Supreme Court, and the Fifth, Eighth, Tenth, and District of Columbia Circuit Courts of Appeals. He authored "Hidden Liability for Freight Bills" published in the May/June, 1987 issue of the Journal of The Missouri Bar. Mr. Wade has been selected to the Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers list in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
