Matthew E. Birch is a partner at the law firm of Shamberg, Johnson & Bergman in Kansas City, Missouri. A lifelong resident of the Kansas City metropolitan area, Matthew graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law with several distinguishing honors and later served as a law clerk to the Honorable Dean Whipple, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri (2001-2003). Matthew is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in both Missouri and Kansas. He is also an active member of the American Association for Justice, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, the Kansas Association for Justice and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association.
