Neil, in practice since 1984, maintains an AV rating (the highest rating possible) from Martindale-Hubbell and is the founding member of The Sader Law Firm, which has its office in the Plaza area of Kansas City. Neil's practice encompasses both debtor and creditor representation in Chapters 7, 11 and 13 and an extensive landlord-tenant practice in commercial real estate matters.  Neil enjoys working with clients on a personal basis while providing high quality, highly responsive and cost-effective legal representation. Neil has served on numerous civic boards and committees and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Mid-America Chapter of the MS Society and Kansas Families United for Public Education. Neil is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Kansas City Bankruptcy Bar Association.
