Roger Johnson is managing shareholder with the Joplin law firm of Johnson, Vorhees & Martucci, a firm dedicated to helping those harmed by the careless choices and actions of others. A 1991 graduate of University of Kansas School of Law, Johnson is licensed in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and California, and other lawyers at his firm are licensed in Arkansas. JVM has six lawyers who all contribute to a robust regional litigation and trial practice, with satellite offices in Branson, Mo., and Rogers, Ark. While the scope of Johnson’s law practice ranges across the board on plaintiffs serious injury and wrongful death cases, Johnson primarily works with clients with harms caused by medical malpractice, trucking and car collisions, and product defect. Johnson and his partner, Scott Vorhees, recently had a jury verdict close to $5 million in March 2011 on a baby brain injury case.
