Roger Brown has been in private practice as a trial lawyer for over 28 years. Although he has a general practice, his case load is about 40 percent employment discrimination, 20 percent workers' compensation, 30 percent personal injury, and 10 percent hourly clients. His practice is statewide, with about 75 percent of his cases in St. Louis or Kansas City. He has litigated cases in several other states. Roger is a Mizzou graduate who received a B.A. in 1974 and an M.A. in 1976. He received his J.D. in 1980 from Gonzaga University and is presently working on his LL.M. at the University of Missouri -- Columbia. He is past President of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys (1996), is an advocate of ABOTA, and has been certified in trial practice by NBTA since 1989.
