With a national litigation practice, Mr. Clark has handled cases in over 20 federal district courts, four federal courts of appeal and the courts of nine states. He chose to leave his partnership in a 675-lawyer firm to develop a boutique practice focused on sophisticated representation with personal client service. Clark Law Firm draws on the depth of Mr. Clark’s experience, as well as a team of highly skilled associates, to represent a wide variety of clients, including publicly traded multinational companies, closely held companies, and individuals.
