Theodore J. Williams, Jr. has spent his entire professional life as a trial attorney specializing in the defense of product liability, railroad, and other personal injury cases. He began in 1974 as a prosecutor in Oklahoma. Over the years, he has tried over 100 jury trials including defense verdicts in cases of nationwide first impression involving claims of toxic shock, carpal tunnel syndrome in locomotive engineers, and seat restraints in mining vehicles.
