Jean earned an M.A. in English from Creighton and her J.D. with high honors in Montana. Jean started her law career clerking with the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Corporate counsel, businesses, and individuals who need experienced and ethical counsel in Montana retain Jean. She has a reputation among clients as an advocate who exercises sound judgment and a cost-effective approach to litigation. Jean has tried cases in Montana federal and state courts for over 20 years. Jean serves on the Montana Supreme Court's Commission on Practice and the Advisory Committee for the Montana Law Review and is a Director for the Montana Defense Trial Lawyers.
