Tom Singer was educated in Wyoming and Montana and at Harvard Law School, graduating with honors. At Axilon, he represents businesses and shareholders over ownership issues; prosecutes and defends copyrights and trademarks; litigates noncompete, discharge, discrimination, and contract disputes between employers and employees; and defends products ranging from high-tech to industrial equipment. Tom is often invited to write and teach on substantive topics, trial practice, and professional ethics. He is honored to be listed not only in the Mountain States Super Lawyers list, but also in The Best Lawyers in America in product liability.
