Trev E. Peterson handles a variety of lending, real estate and commercial negotiations and litigation, including bankruptcy matters for national and local clients in federal and state courts in Nebraska. His practice includes business formation, acquisitions, real estate transactions, commercial lending, foreclosure, collections and bankruptcy practice. Trev is a member of the American, Nebraska and Lincoln Bar Associations, the American College of Real Estate Attorneys and the American Bankruptcy Institute. He is a past President of the Bank Attorneys Section of the Nebraska State Bar Association, and is currently secretary of the Bankruptcy Section. Trev is involved with a number of community organizations, and is a frequent speaker at continuing education seminars involving real estate, lending, foreclosure and bankruptcy.
