Andrew Dixon handles complex business transactions, business and commercial litigation, and bankruptcy matters. Mr. Dixon recently acted as lead counsel for his client's purchase of a national sandwich shop franchisor. Originally trained as a litigator by some of the best legal talent in Nevada, Mr. Dixon's litigation skills led to a noteworthy opinion regarding the relationship between independent contractors and their principals. See Tousa Homes, Inc. v. Phillips, 363 F. Supp. 2d 1274, 1280 (D. Nev. 2005).
