Brian K. Harris is Managing Partner of the Las Vegas, Nevada law firm of Harris & Harris Lawyers. He and wife Heather E. Harris, also an attorney, started their personal injury law practice in 2003 in order to provide exceptional legal representation to clients in Nevada, Utah and California who have suffered serious injuries or lost a loved one to wrongful death.
Mr. Harris is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which recognizes outstanding trial lawyers throughout the nation who have achieved multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. He holds a BV-Distinguished rating in the Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating system. He has been named a Mountain States Rising Star (2011) and a Nevada Rising Star (2008) by Super Lawyers magazine. He has been honored for outstanding achievements by National Trial Lawyers.
Mr. Harris is an active member of the Utah State Bar, Nevada State Bar, American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Utah Trial Lawyers Association, Nevada Trial Lawyers Association (Board of Governors from 2005 to present), and Clark County Bar Association.
Attorney Harris graduated from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2000. After his admittance to the Bar, he was appointed Washington County Public Defender in St. George, Utah. In 2002, Mr. Harris joined one of Nevada's premier personal injury law firms.
