For the last 35 years, Mr. Kennedy has represented many of the country's leading drug, food, health care, insurance, tobacco, hotel-casino, and other companies in both the enforcement and defense of their rights. Mr. Kennedy is the co-editor of the Nevada Civil Practice Manual, the definitive authority on Nevada civil practice and procedure. He served as an adjunct professor of law at the Boyd School of Law (UNLV) for seven years, where he taught health care law and Nevada Civil Practice (civil procedure, evidence, and ethics).
