Mr. Bailey specializes in corporate litigation, gaming, and health care law. He is Chairman of the Nevada State Athletic Commission. He has served as Vice-Chairman and a member of the Moral Character and Fitness Committee of the Nevada State Bar for 15 years and is a former General Counsel for the State Republican Party. He has been recommended to the President of the United States for a Judgeship on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit by Senators John Ensign and Harry Reid. He is the founding member and managing partner of the law firm of Bailey Kennedy LLP.
