Mr. Bailey specializes in corporate litigation, gaming, and health care law. He is the managing partner of Bailey Kennedy LLP. He is Vice-Chairman and member of the Moral Character and Fitness Committee of the Nevada State Bar and was General Counsel for the State Republican Party. He serves on the Board of Directors of Shuffle Master (NASDAQ: SHFL) and is Chairman of its Governance Committee. He is Chairman of the Governing Board of the Andre Agassi College Preparatory Academy. He is a past chairman and member of the Nevada Athletic Commission. Mr. Bailey has been recommended for a judgeship on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit by Senators John Ensign and Harry Reid.
