Through his firm, Bongiovi Dispute Resolutions, Mr. Bongiovi provides mediation and arbitration services for all types of cases and disputes. The only types of disputes not handled by BDR are construction defect, family law and foreclosure matters. Mr. Bongiovi is fortunate enough to be widely recognized as providing a satisfying and extremely successful alternative to litigation for parties. Clients include attorneys, insurers and self-insured entities from inside and outside Nevada.

In 2007, Mr. Bongiovi became a Fellow of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators.
