Kristan E. Lehtinen is Partner/Principal in the Las Vegas, Nevada business law firm Lovaas & Lehtinen, P.C.  Ms. Lehtinen is a business law attorney and litigator with substantial experience representing local, national, and international clients, business owners and corporate executives across the business spectrum. Ms. Lehtinen currently represents clients located in the United States, Italy, Russia, Australia, and Canada. Ms. Lehtinen is an active Member of both the International and Business Law Sections of the ABA and was invited to speak at the ABA Business Law section Vancouver conference 2009 regarding Cross-Border Negotiations involving the U.S. and Canada. Ms. Lehtinen was recently unanimously voted to serve on the University of Las Vegas Nevada Libraries Board of Advisors. Ms. Lehtinen is an immigrant to the United States from Ontario, Canada, having earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Honors with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada in 1995.  Following receipt of her undergraduate degree, Ms. Lehtinen was employed in Seoul, South Korea as an English teacher, and traveled extensively throughout Southeast Asia.  Ms. Lehtinen obtained her Juris Doctorate, from California Western School of Law in 2001.  Ms. Lehtinen was admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Nevada in 2002.
