Profile

Mr. Lynch is an associate in Lewis and Roca's Commercial Litigation and Bankruptcy / Creditor Right's practice groups. Mr. Lynch has considerable experience representing a wide range of business entities in defending and prosecuting civil litigation. He has also represented governmental agencies in a variety of eminent domain contexts. Mr. Lynch was instrumental in litigating, and later negotiating and structuring the settlement of a bankruptcy case involving over 30 adversary proceedings and tens of millions of dollars in assets and claims. During his second and third years of law school, he was employed by the University of Iowa College of Law as a writing tutor, responsible for one-on-one tutorial assistance with respect to rhetorical, stylistic and grammatical issues as well as general writing improvement for law students working on course assignments, journal articles, writing samples and the like. Mr. Lynch was previously with Beckley Singleton, which partnered with Lewis and Roca in 2007. Mr. Lynch joined Beckley Singleton after practicing for several years with the law firm of Santoro, Driggs, Walch.
