Robert D. Martin concentrates his practice on complex civil litigation with special emphasis in complex business litigation, construction litigation, insurance disputes and bad faith, and major personal injury claims. Mr. Martin earned his B.A. at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. His J.D. is from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. Mr. Martin won the moot court and client counseling competitions. Mr. Martin is recognized as a civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Martin has numerous published decisions ranging from defamation, labor, construction, personal injury, and insurance coverage to various procedural issues.
