Robert M. Draskovich Jr. is a native of Las Vegas and a trial lawyer who practices in the areas of criminal defense and personal injury. After graduating from UNLV, he received his J.D. degree with honors from Brigham Young University. Mr. Draskovich has successfully defended a wide array of clients, ranging from an Olympic gold medalist to the indigent. He has been a frequent lecturer on various criminal defense and trial advocacy subjects and has appeared as a legal analyst for Fox Five News and the NBC Nightly News. Mr. Draskovich is a lifetime member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and has been honored as one of the “Top 100 Lawyers” by The National Trial Lawyers. Mr. Draskovich has vigorously represented clients in both state and federal courts, and has tried more than 100 cases to verdict.
