REAL ESTATE

Wacks, past chair of the New Jersey Bar Association’s real property, probate and trust law section, has written and taught on real estate matters and has conducted more than 8,000 real estate transactions.

ADVISING SMALL BUSINESSES

Wacks and another colleague represent a number of New York and New Jersey small businesses—including restaurants, manufacturers, medical and dental practices—in all aspects of their business transactions.

MUNICIPAL LAW

Rockaway Borough has appointed Wacks its municipal attorney for the past 40 years. He has served Allamuchy Township (24 years) and Frelinghuysen Township (15 years) in the same capacity.
