Winning a trial for an injured client is like winning next Sunday’s football game—preparation + preparation + preparation. Memorize the file, prepare legal briefs, line up experts, interview witnesses, ready trial exhibits. Most importantly, mentally prepare for a courtroom battle with the high-priced lawyers representing the insurance companies. The stakes are high—the client receives nothing unless we win. The responsibility is enormous and the pressure is intense. Winning, however, makes it all worth while. This is a tough job, but we love it. After one trial concludes, we enthusiastically begin preparation for the next client. Each case is a priority.
