Lomurro, Davison, Eastman & Muñoz, P.A. has grown from its initial four named partners to 39 attorneys in less than 20 years. Our dedication to achieving the highest credentials in each attorney’s field has resulted in our attorneys earning recognition throughout the state. Fifteen of the firm’s attorneys have been designated in Super Lawyers®, and two of the firm’s attorneys, Donald M. Lomurro and Edward C. Eastman, Jr., have been listed in the Top 100 attorneys in Super Lawyers. The firm also counts among its attorneys seven Certified Civil Trial Attorneys, two Certified Criminal Trial Attorneys and two Certified Matrimonial Law Attorneys. Three of the firm’s attorneys hold a master of law degree, two in taxation and one in trial advocacy.

The firm’s dedication to the law is evidenced by 10 of our lawyers, who have lectured at continuing education courses during the last year, and by two more of our attorneys, who have taught in one-week intensive trial advocacy courses over the past two years.

The firm prides itself on its commitment to New Jersey legal associations. The firm’s members include an officer in the New Jersey Chapter of the American Association for Justice, an officer in the Monmouth Bar Association, a past president of the New Jersey Chapter of the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and three past presidents of the Monmouth Bar Association.

The firm takes particular pride in the recent addition of John L. Kraft and Philip G. Auerbach. Mr. Kraft heads our public finance department. Mr. Auerbach joins our professional negligence and personal injury department, where three of our attorneys have received jury verdicts in excess of $1 million.

The strength of this firm is demonstrated by its senior leaders as well as its young attorneys. Included among the firm’s younger attorneys are the present chair of the Young Lawyers Division of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New Jersey Delegate to the American Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division.
