In January 2011, Lynch Law Firm, P.C changed its firm name to Lynch Lynch Held Rosenberg & Perkins, P.C., recognizing the hard work and dedication of partners Brian Held, Michael Rosenberg and Paul Perkins. This change coincided with the purchase of an office building located on Route 17 North in Hasbrouck Heights that will serve as the firm’s New Jersey headquarters. This 18,500-square foot facility will provide the necessary room for growth for this Bergen County legal powerhouse.

Founded in the 1940s by law professor Arthur V. Lynch, the firm is now managed by James and Arthur Lynch. James Lynch, who was named to the 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 Super Lawyers® list, is the firm’s lead trial attorney. James has obtained multiple million- and multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements at trial. He is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, is a member of the Board of Governors of NJAJ, has been named to the New Jersey Top 100 Lawyers list by The American Trial Lawyers Association, and is a lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Arthur Lynch, who is also Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, is a recognized expert in the field of insurance, insurance claims and related litigation. Arthur has published several books and articles, including the treatise The New York Tort Threshold.

Brian A. Held, a partner since 2007, was also named to the 2011 Super Lawyers list. Known as a relentless litigator, Held’s recent notable settlements include $4.5 million, $1.7 million and $1.5 million for severely injured or otherwise damaged clients. In 2009, Held became a lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, making the firm the first in New Jersey to have two lifetime members. Partner Michael Rosenberg is one of only seven claimant’s attorneys in the state of New Jersey to be appointed to the NAF Advisory Council. He is a leader in the field of personal injury protection law and litigation and heads the firm’s personal injury protection and workers’ compensation departments.

In 2010, partner Paul Perkins was appointed co-lead counsel for plaintiffs in a national class action filed against yellowpages.com in the Southern District of California. Perkins heads the firm’s commercial litigation department, handling complex commercial, class action, construction and real estate litigation. He was named to 2011 Rising Stars.
