Attorney Alan Lubiner served as an immigration officer and attorney for the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) for more than five years and boasts more than 30 years of experience in immigration practice.
Mr. Lubiner is partner in Lubiner & Schmidt L.L.C. where he handles immigration matters, including business and family immigration, citizenship, deportation and visas. Mr. Lubiner is located at the New Jersey office location but can handle most cases regardless of residence, including outside the United States. Lubiner & Schmidt L.L.C. also has offices in New York and Florida.
Mr. Lubiner received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School and is the co-author of Immigration Made Simple and Citizenship Made Simple. He has lectured extensively on immigration issues. He is a former chairman of both the New Jersey Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the New Jersey Bar Association's Immigration and Nationality Section. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, as well as in federal and state courts in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
